Standards of Affiliation
All Local Units are required to complete their Standards of Affiliation by September 30th by uploading the required documents into their Givebacks Compliance section. For assistance, please contact your Region Director.
Per Article V Section 3 of the Arizona Bylaws
In order for the local PTA/PTSA unit charter to be held in effect the local PTA/PTSA unit shall adhere to the Arizona PTA Standards of Affiliation (SOA).

Update your Officer List and Unit data in Givebacks

Remit dues for at least 10 memberships in Givebacks

Renew AIM Insurance by 8/15

Complete Officer Training for Local Unit Officers including; President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer

Submit a copy of Local Unit Standing Rules in Givebacks that were adopted at your first General Membership Meeting

Submit a copy of Financial Review with Bank Statement in Givebacks that was approved at your first General Membership Meeting

Submit a copy of Local Unit Budget in Givebacks that were approved at your first General Membership Meeting

Submit a copy of your First General Membership meeting minutes in Givebacks
