SOA Documents are listed by due dates below.

As of July 1, 2023 we will begin accepting documents in the Givebacks/MemberHub platform (compliance section) instead of sending to your Region Director via e-mail.

Standards of Affiliation Documents
Required Per Arizona PTA Bylaws

Due Annually by June 30

Can pay early! Due Annually by August 15th or a late fee will apply

Due Annually by September 30
