Governing Documents

Amendments to the AZPTA Local Unit Unified Bylaws can be proposed by clicking here.  All proposals are due by November 30th.

Officer & Meeting Documents

Local Units must update your Officer's information in Givebacks ANNUALLY or within 10 days of your election.

Required Documents per Bylaws

AIM Insurance due annually by August 15th or a late fee will apply

Completed Standard of Affiliation Documents are
due annually by September 30th
