All Local Unit Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries, and Treasurers must complete Officer Training by September 30th, or within 45 days of election, for their Standards of Affiliation per the Local Unit PTA/PTSA Bylaws.

Training is included in the cost of Arizona PTA's Annual Convention.  Those who were in attendance but have not completed or passed training, will receive a password to enter the training page via email.  ​

For those that did not attend Convention, Officer Training is $50 per Officer.

• Training will be available on the Training Page by July 1st

• To complete this requirement, Officers need to watch the presentation and pass the quiz for

  • How to PTA AND

  • Position Specific Training (President & Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer).

• The password for the training can be found on the receipt once payment is completed.

• Slideshows posted under the Training page are considered proprietary. Permission to use any documents or graphics MUST be granted in writing by Arizona PTA.

A passing score of 9+ is required for credit.
