Assurance 2021-2022 Tous les renouvellements d'assurance seront payés directement à AIM Insurance. Les renouvellements d'assurance doivent être complétés avant le 15/08/21. Des frais de retard de 25 $ seront facturés après le 15/08/21. Cliquez sur le lien ROSE ci-dessous pour payer votre assurance d'unité locale pour 2021-2022. Si vous avez oublié votre mot de passe, le lien vous permettra également de le réinitialiser. Assurez-vous de recevoir un courriel de renouvellement d'AIM Insurance, qui indique votre numéro d'assuré et votre mot de passe. Pour RENOUVELER VOTRE POLICE, veuillez suivre les instructions ci-dessous : 1. Accédez au site Web de l'AIM https://ptg.aim-companies.com/public/login/index.html 2. Vous aurez besoin de votre numéro d'assuré figurant dans l'e-mail que vous avez reçu directement d'AIM et de votre mot de passe. Si vous n'avez pas votre numéro d'assuré, veuillez contacter AIM directement à l'adresse : http://www.aimcompanies.com . Pour réinitialiser votre mot de passe, veuillez cliquer sur le bouton Réinitialiser le mot de passe ou contactez directement AIM. 3. Une fois connecté, cliquez sur « Renouveler la politique » en haut de votre compte. 4. Sélectionnez la couverture. Une liste de couvertures avec des prix apparaîtra, avec toutes les couvertures actuelles présélectionnées. Sélectionnez toute couverture supplémentaire que vous souhaitez acheter et cliquez sur « Acheter une couverture ». 5. Remplissez le formulaire de renouvellement. Remarque : Pour le district, veuillez utiliser votre district scolaire. 6. Sélectionnez le type de paiement. Lors de la sélection du paiement, le total dû sera fourni et une facture sera envoyée à l'e-mail figurant dans le dossier. Vous pouvez payer par-  - Envoi d'un chèque (à l'ordre de AIM) à l'adresse indiquée sur le formulaire, OU  - Chèque électronique (à l'aide de votre acheminement et numéro de compte) ou carte de crédit/débit une fois le renouvellement en ligne terminé. L'assurance ne prend effet qu'après réception du paiement par AIM. Enregistrez votre reçu, mais aucune autre action n'est nécessaire. Les certificats seront postés à l'adresse figurant dans le dossier après l'émission de la police à la fin septembre. Si vous avez besoin d'un certificat avant, contactez AIM et ils peuvent vous en fournir un. Assurés supplémentaires - Vérifiez auprès de vos districts scolaires individuels pour voir s'ils doivent être ajoutés en tant qu'entité assurée en plus. Programmes / Événements Local PTA/PTSA Unit officers must complete annual training by EVERY September 30th to remain in good standing/compliance as outlined in the Local Unit PTA/PTSA bylaws. (For those who take office after September 30th, you must pay and complete the online training within 45 days of taking office.) The E-Training and Quiz is $50 per person. Your payment provides access to the e-Training and quiz for the individual listed on the E-Training payment form (non-transferrable) Quiz submissions will be compared to payment list. Only PAID trainings will be granted Compliance credit Payment for training supports Arizona PTA's ability to host the in-person annual Convention Slideshows posted under the E-Training page are considered proprietary. Permission to use any documents or graphics MUST be granted in writing by Arizona PTA. You must complete the PTA Basics quiz with a score of 90% or more, for credit. Explore the Arts & Express Yourself!!! National PTA's Reflections program provides opportunities for recognition and access to the arts which boost student confidence and success in the arts and in life. Each year, over 300,000 students in Pre-K through Grade 12 create original works of art in response to a student-selected theme. This 50+ year-old program helps them explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life. Students submit their completed works of art in one or all of the available arts categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts. Arizona PTA will communicate deadlines and resources via social media and newsletters Your unit MUST be in Good Standing to be able to participate in any National PTA program, including Reflections. Register with National PTA Leader Checklist Entry Forms- English Espanol Local Leader's Guide to Reflections General Reflections Flyer Entries are due to AZPTA by Friday 2/6/2026 (link to come for digital upload) Where do I start?? Register for Reflections! Please register by February 1st, 2026 at pta.org/reflections. Get familiar with theme and the categories. Review the student packet for all info needed Review Guidelines Recruit a team and a set of judges (can be teachers at your school, or parents judging categories their kids don't have a submission in.) Promote your program, partner with teachers to see if they can make it part of their curriculum and build the buzz. Officially kick off the program. You might coordinate either your kick off or your deadline to coincide with National Arts Education Week (Sept. 15th-19th, 2025). Consider hosting an event during National Arts and Humanities Month (October) to offer time, space and materials for students to participate in the arts. Collect the submissions, have students complete entry form and do the judging (September-November). Select winner and upload their submission and information to Arizona State PTA via the Student Entry Portal. You can submit up to 3 winners per category per division.
