The goal of the Friends of Arizona PTA program is to provide mutual benefit to both Arizona PTA and the sponsoring supporter.  A Friends of Arizona PTA sponsorship is a non-voting opportunity with Arizona PTA.  A corporate sponsorship with the Friends of Arizona PTA serves to increase visibility of and raise community awareness of the leadership and advocacy that Arizona PTA provides to our local communities and across the state in our ability to directly lobby our elected officials on behalf of our state’s children.  In addition, our relationships allow us to draw upon and ‘enlist’ professionals in the workforce and utilize their talents and abilities to further strengthen our efforts.  A sponsorship with Arizona PTA provides an opportunity for an organization to promote their brand year-round to develop brand affinity with the largest and most recognized parent involvement association in the nation.  As an Arizona PTA sponsor, you can reach parents as well as PTA and school decision makers.

In addition to any financial commitment a sponsor may make, we strongly encourage their employees to become active participants and leaders in their representative communities at the school level, council level and state level.  Arizona PTA encourages parent and corporate involvement in the public schools.  Arizona PTA is committed to building strong communities, strong community leaders and advocating for all children. A sponsor should endeavor to achieve these same goals.

Qualification of Corporate and Community Sponsors

Entering into this relationship implies a mutual relationship between organizations. Because of this, each applicant will be reviewed to ensure that their organizational goals align with Arizona PTA’s mission, purpose, goals and ethics. The goal of sponsorship is to further our stated objectives (both state and national level) and not introduce controversy into the organization.

Your contribution to Arizona PTA will help us continue to:

·       Establish training programs for parents and concerned adults to help them learn how to be advocates for their children;

·       Identify and promote safe and best practices for local school communities;

·       Provide resources to parents seeking to change a local school practice, facility, or environment;

·       Speak on issues of critical important impacting the education, health, and welfare of all children, and,

·       Support legislation that benefits all children.

More importantly, you are joining an extraordinary network of more than 23,000 individuals who have committed themselves to improving the lives of our nation's children.  It is with your help that PTA will continue towards its goal of securing a quality education and nurturing environment for every child.

Term of Sponsorship

The term of sponsorship is for one year from the date of signed agreement.

Levels of Sponsorship

Three levels of sponsorship are provided to differentiate the level of involvement and commitment. Each progressive level of sponsorship carries additional level of benefits commensurate with the expense.

Silver Sponsorship:  $1,000 annually. For this level of commitment, sponsors will receive the following benefits:

·       Listed as level sponsor in Convention Program and General Meetings presentation

·       Listed as level sponsor in all Marketing Material published

Gold Sponsorship:  $1,500 annually. For this level of commitment, sponsors will receive the following benefits:

Additional Opportunities

Sponsorships in Arizona PTA programs will allow sponsors to offset the cost of specified Arizona PTA events and activities. These sponsorship suggestions should include specific goals and benefits to both Arizona PTA and the sponsoring organization.

·       Regional Workshops - training materials, and other training expenses.  Partially or completely offset the cost of travel to regions outside the Phoenix area for training team. In return, sponsors would receive certain specified benefits, such as acknowledgment as the sponsor of each or all of the training sessions in notices going out for registration, announcements of the training on the website, and other benefits determined in the specific proposal.  

·       Arizona PTA Publications - Advertising opportunities range in price from $100, $175, and $250 for a quarter, half and full page ad/article.

·       Reflections Program - PTA believes all children deserve a quality art education and encourages students to pursue artistic expression by creating art for fun and recognition through participation in this annual art program.  Corporations may pay a sponsorship fee to underwrite all or part of the expense for the program.

·       Membership Growth - Sponsor an incentive campaign to promote membership or offer membership grant awards at a local and/or state PTA for individuals who which to be members.

·       Corporate Benefit Provider Opportunities - This program enables corporations to align with Arizona PTA to provide exclusive benefits (discounts) to our more than 23,000 members statewide.  Arizona PTA will receive a minimum guaranteed annual royalty.
