All attendees receive a program, which serves as an essential guide during the convention and a helpful reference long after it ends. Exhibitors can purchase ad space, from quarter-page to full-page, to promote their exhibit booth and/or special offers

Exhibitors can gain added visibility and exposure at the convention through a sponsorship. Whether you sponsor our keynote speaker, the convention tote bags or a special reception, your efforts are sure to garner outstanding recognition for your brand.

 

 

Convention Tote Bag Inserts

All attendees receive a tote bag, which is a traditional keepsake that will be used throughout the conference and for years to come. As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to place an item in the convention tote bags for a reduced price of $150. That’s a savings of $100 over non-exhibitors, who can provide tote bag premiums for $250 per item. Each convention attendee receives a tote bag upon arrival at registration.

What is Convention?

Convention serves as Arizona PTA’s annual business meeting where members gather to vote on legislative priorities and bylaws amendments, attend workshops and training sessions, and gather new program and fund-raising ideas. Our members include parents, teachers, students and administrators from every area of Arizona. Delegates to Convention include PTA leaders from across Arizona representing more than 24,000 members statewide.

What can I expect?

Exhibitors can expect traffic from over 350 attendees looking for new program and fund-raising ideas to take back to their Local PTAs. This  is your chance to reach hundreds of Arizona schools in one place. Don’t miss this once per year opportunity to showcase your products and services to our delegates. The Exhibit Hall is located near the action of workshop rooms and the registration area.

Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Yes. Sponsorships are a great way to remind our delegates of your organization’s dedication to Arizona PTA’s mission. Sponsorships will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship opportunities are listed in this packet for your convenience. Please call e-mail or more information  phone 602-279-1811 or email office@azpta.org.

How do I reserve my booth space?

Provide the requested information on the enclosed vendor contract and return to Arizona PTA, retaining a copy of the contract for your records. All contracts must be accompanied by payment in full. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of your contract and payment. Arizona PTA reserves the right to decline, prohibit or cease any exhibit which, in its judgment, does not meet guidelines or is inappropriate.

What does the booth fee include?

Your exhibit fee includes one 8’ x 8’ booth space, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and one 7” x 44” one line ID sign. Pipe and drape partitions in each booth space include 8’ high back walls and 3’ high and 3’ high side dividers and 2 badges. A Convention program listing is also included in the exhibit fee for all contracts received by April 30, 2012 and lists the company name, contact information and web address.

Can I donate items for door prizes?

Yes we would love to have you donate items for our passort drawings. 

To help draw a steady flow of attendees to your exhibit over the course of the convention, we will again host the PTA Passport Challenge whereby attendees can win fabulous prizes if they collect the required number of stickers from exhibitors on their passports. The Arizona PTA will supply each exhibitor with the neccessary stamps upon arrival.

How do I order electricity for my booth?

The Hilton's AV contract is with Swank Audio Visual. If you require their services, please contact hotel directly for order form.

Is hotel group discount available to exhibitors?

Yes, the exhibitor hotel block will be at Hilton Phoenix East/ Mesa  at the group rate of $85.00 per night (excluding taxes and fees). Reservation code is PTA
